Counter Notification
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown and you believe this was done in error, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic);
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was mistakenly removed;
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accept service of process from the original complainant.
We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
91WorldClub has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Accounts or users found repeatedly violating copyright laws will be banned or restricted from further use of our website.
